The companies' attitude against an employee looks like such as win-win approach. I bet it seems for a company freak style as well as it seems me such an attitude works. Look at the top list of companies and they are always supporting employees. These strategies make feel a worker a part of the company. Really, no one wants to work under a boss who has a patronizing attitude to you, do not you?
However, workers are doing it and still doing it, because, they have a family, they have some responsibilities, and life has a gloomy side.
I have a friend who was working for a small company, so she was always complaining about the low price, and felt low self-esteem under the company. However, one day she decided to resign from the job; I felt lucky indeed for her side. It was the right decision. After a while, we met again it seems that she feels higher self-esteem. She says: "Today I feel I have found my environment, I work utterly pleasant." From the above example, we see the right boss makes her feel excited. Exactly, it is the win-win approach. Believe it, or not! The pivotal here, find the right environment.
In a market has a bunch of bosses you hardly can see they will be pushing you. They want to you stay with them at a low price and a few amount of responsibilities. And as a result, you never work on yourself in order to get a better result. Suddenly, you awake and find yourself in a worse environment, with loser friends. I ask you, is it late?! Who knows.
In short, I want to say companies, you are pushing workers, you do not lose them, you earn treasured long term friends.
